1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and kk222 ("we", "us", "the platform"). By creating an account on kk222, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet or downloading the kk222 app, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms without reservation.

These Terms apply to all services provided through kk222, including but not limited to sports betting, cricket betting, PSL markets, live in-play betting, casino games, live casino, slots, virtual games and any promotional or VIP programme features.

If you are accessing kk222 on behalf of another person or you are allowing another person to use your account, you accept full responsibility for ensuring that person is also aware of and compliant with these Terms. Account sharing is not permitted — see Section 3 for details.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and kk222.

2 Eligibility

To register and use kk222, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. kk222 is strictly an adult platform. We do not permit access to anyone under 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual private person acting in your own personal capacity — not on behalf of a business, syndicate or third party.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement, either with kk222 or any other gaming platform, that is currently active.
• You must not be acting as an agent for any other person or using another person's identity, payment method or funds to operate your account.
• You must provide accurate, truthful personal information during registration and keep that information updated at all times.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on kk222. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses or different phone numbers — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended and any balances being forfeited.

When registering, you must provide your real full name, a valid email address, a valid Pakistani mobile number and accurate date of birth. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — secure at all times. kk222 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat or any other channel.

You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact kk222 customer support immediately. We recommend enabling any additional security features available in your account settings.

kk222 reserves the right to verify your identity at any point by requesting supporting documents such as a copy of your CNIC, proof of address or payment method verification. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on kk222 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We support the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits are credited to your kk222 account balance after successful confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and current transaction volumes. kk222 does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by kk222 customer support. To process a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed in the order they are received. kk222 aims to process all withdrawal requests promptly, though actual arrival of funds depends on the payment provider's processing timeline.

kk222 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. This is a standard fraud prevention measure and is not intended to delay legitimate withdrawal requests.

5 Betting Rules

All bets placed on kk222 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, event and market in question. These rules are available within the platform for each event. The following general rules apply across all betting activity on kk222:

• A bet is confirmed and binding once you have received a confirmation notification from kk222. Unconfirmed bets are not valid.
• kk222 reserves the right to limit maximum stake sizes on specific markets, events or accounts. Stake limits are applied at our discretion.
• Bets placed on events that have already started — where the in-play market was not available at the time — may be voided at kk222's discretion.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error, kk222 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts.
• For cricket: if a match is abandoned or does not produce a result, match winner bets are generally voided and stakes returned. Where DLS applies and produces a valid result, that result is used for settlement.
• For in-play betting: odds are subject to change at any time. Your bet is accepted at the odds confirmed at the time of placement, not at subsequently changed odds.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to be correct for a payout. If any selection is voided, the accumulator is recalculated without that selection.

kk222 provides cricket betting on domestic and international competitions including the Pakistan Super League (PSL), bilateral T20 series, Test matches and ICC tournaments. Football, esports and other sports markets are also available and subject to their respective sport-specific rules published on the platform.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

kk222 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside the promotion. The following general rules apply to all kk222 bonuses:

• Bonuses are only available to players who are fully registered, verified and aged 18 or above.
• Each promotion specifies a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount must be played through before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. This requirement must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash directly — only wagering through the bonus can convert it to withdrawable balance.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player. Players who create multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses will have all accounts suspended and all balances forfeited.
• kk222 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. This does not affect bonuses already accepted and in progress, which will be honoured under the terms in place at the time of acceptance.

7 Responsible Gaming

kk222 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe betting should always be a form of entertainment — something enjoyed within a clearly defined personal budget, not a way to generate income or resolve financial difficulties.

We provide the following responsible gaming tools directly within your account settings:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit caps. Once reached, no further deposits are accepted until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders — Set notifications to alert you when you have been active for a defined period of time.
• Cooling-Off Period — Temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined period when you want to step away.
• Self-Exclusion — Request permanent or long-term exclusion from kk222. Once active, self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the specified end date.

kk222 strictly enforces the 18+ age restriction. Players who appear to be under the age of 18 will be suspended immediately pending full age verification.

8 Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on kk222 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account on kk222 under any name, email address or identity.
• Using another person's identity, payment details or funds to operate a kk222 account.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, pricing mistakes or system vulnerabilities to place bets at incorrect odds or on unavailable markets.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to place bets, access the platform or manipulate outcomes.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting or placing bets based on information not available to the general public.
• Colluding with other players, syndicates or third parties to exploit bonus structures, promotions or VIP rewards.
• Laundering funds through deposits and withdrawals without genuine betting activity.
• Abusing the customer support system through threats, harassment or deliberately false claims.
• Attempting to access another player's account without their knowledge or consent.

kk222 uses monitoring systems to detect unusual betting patterns, irregular account activity and potential violations of these rules. We reserve the right to investigate any account at any time and to take appropriate action, including withholding withdrawals pending investigation.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

kk222 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time. Circumstances that may lead to account action include:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Chargebacks initiated through a payment provider in bad faith.
• A valid and active self-exclusion request.
• Suspicion of underage gambling or use of a false identity.

Where an account is suspended due to a suspected breach, kk222 will conduct an investigation before reaching a final decision. During the investigation period, the account balance may be temporarily frozen. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance associated with that breach may be forfeited entirely.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting customer support. Any verified remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned via the player's registered payment method, provided no active bonus wagering requirements remain incomplete.

10 Limitation of Liability

kk222 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime and performance — particularly during high-traffic events such as PSL matches and international cricket — we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times.

kk222 is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from technical issues, internet outages or device failures on the player's side during live betting.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or banking institutions.
• Losses resulting from a player's own decisions, betting selections or strategies.
• Indirect, consequential or incidental losses of any kind arising from use of the platform.

In any case where kk222 is found to be liable, our total liability to a player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents is limited to the balance held in that player's kk222 account at the time of the incident.

11 Privacy and Data

kk222 collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on kk222, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

We collect information including your name, date of birth, contact details, CNIC information (for verification purposes), transaction history and betting activity. This information is used to operate your account, process payments, verify your identity, prevent fraud and comply with our internal policies.

kk222 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification services and internal systems necessary to operate the platform. All data is stored securely and access is restricted to authorised personnel only.

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you and to request correction of any inaccurate information. To make such a request, contact our customer support team.

12 Changes to These Terms

kk222 reserves the right to update, modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When significant changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of kk222 following notification of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact customer support to close your account.
